Works I have done:

• Sailthru – Jan 2010 – present – working on the backend and frontend stuffs with PHP and Java and MongoDB as storage systems; I’ m also responsible for writing bunch of API clients in number of languages (PHP, Java, Python, Ruby and C#)
• CollegeHumor – August 2009 – January 2011 – Working on backend stuffs with conventional LAMP stack; re-write and maintain internal Analytics system with PHP, MongoDB, Scribe for Logging and Nginx
• Fli Digital – December  2008 – June 2009 – Worked on a location based social networking site which never caught on
• CodeArts Nepal – I can’t remember when I started working here but I worked here while studying under-graduation and until I immigrated to the US mostly on PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.

Degrees?

• Completed Bachelors in Information Management from Tribhuvan University in 2008; and my grades are also good

Technologies I’ familiar with

• PHP – I used it for day-to-day work for all my jobs
• Python | Ruby – I used them for scripting for some random stuffs and also for Sailthru’s APIclients
• Java – Not a huge fan of Java but I’m using it fairly randomly in my current job
• HTML/CSS – I’m not a designer but I do have fair amount of knowledge
• Javascript – It’s the language of the web so, no one can ignore it
• MySQL – Except in my current job, I have worked with it
• MongoDB – Started using it in my last jon @ CollegeHumor and @ Sailthru it’s our primary database system
