I am a software developer primarily focusing on the web. My area of specialization is PHP, Javascript, Object Oriented Development, Ajax, MVC while following industry best practices, patterns and methodologies independent of specific tools and environment. I do have some basic knowledge of .NET (C# and ASP.NET), Ruby and intermediate level know how of SQL especially MySQL. I consider myself an open source enthusiasts even though, I do use some close sourced tools and applications too.

As software engineering is all about continuous learning, I use my blog as a platform/tool to post some of my thoughts on the stuffs I learn while sometime posting about life and unexpected random thoughts.

Currently, I work at Connected Ventures as a back end developer building and maintaining one of the most popular comedy portals of the web, CollegeHumor.com and, it’s really fun working there
